Benefits of Practicing Surya Namaskar

Surya Namaskar , also known as Sun Salutation, is a yoga exercise that consists of a flow sequence of twelve beautifully linked asanas. Although similar exercises were in use in India before that, such as among wrestlers, the asana sequence was first described as yoga in the early twentieth century.
